Dear Doctor,

I see you. The one with the degree, the license and no clear path forward. The one who spent years preparing for an exam - and now sits wondering what comes next.

I worked inside Qatar's Healthcare system. I saw brilliant doctors go unrecognized. I watch junior GPs get told they weren't needed - while the system quietly depended on them. I saw workshops with eligibility criteria that shut out the very doctors who needed them the most.

I couldn't fix the system. But I could build the alternative.

Seven years ago, I had an idea. Not for a course platform, for a movement. A place where every doctor - regardless of specialty, seniority or status - could come and build real skills. No eligibility gates. No hierarchy. No one telling you that suturing is someone else's job.

Because I believe something that the system doesn't teach you:
